Payments with Klarna

When paying with Klarna, credit is delayed due to bank processing. As soon as we have booked the incoming payment (usually takes 2 bank days), the order confirmation and the invoice are issued. The order is then automatically forwarded to our dispatch department for processing. Many Thanks!

What are the shipping costs?

The easiest way to estimate your postage is:

Add the items you would like to order to the shopping cart

When you have completed your purchase go to the shopping cart

In the shopping cart on the left hand side, under "Discount Codes" you will find "Estimated Shipping Costs and Taxes.

Enter your location to get the estimated shipping costs.

Click "Get a Quote"

Your correct delivery price will be displayed

What if the package is returned?

If your package is returned to our warehouse due to a problem that is not our fault (for example, if you were not at home and / or did not pick up your package or the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete) then you will have to resend it come up. If you decide not to pay for the resend and wish to cancel the order, we will refund the purchase price, but not the shipping costs.

Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver to all European countries including Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and the UK

How long is the delivery time for international orders?

It takes 3 to 10 days, depending on the country. We usually ship everything on the same working day after we receive your order. The delivery time is determined by how far your country is from the Netherlands.

In some cases (e.g. Switzerland) also how quickly the customs process your order.

International duties, VAT Any customs duty or VAT affecting the package is the responsibility of the customer.

International customers:

Verify your country allows our products before ordering. 
You are responsible for all duties, taxes and fees upon delivery to NON EU countries.

What is your right of return?

Product return

We understand that sometimes things don't go the way you should. We are happy to accept your return if it meets certain criteria:

All ordered products are in a new and sealed condition.

The return contains an indication of why it will be returned (we appreciate your feedback)

The return will be received from our warehouse within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Unfortunately we cannot pay for the return. All returned products that meet our criteria will be refunded in full - minus the shipping fee - within 10 working days. Please note that there may be a 24-36 hour processing delay due to your card issuing bank.

Wrong addresses, undeliverable addresses and undelivered packages
