Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Take 2 tablespoons of Green Formula, 2 tablespoons of Free-Liver, and 1 tablespoon of Vitamin C every morning with water or in a green smoothie. Do not drink fruit juice undiluted, the sugar content is too concentrated. Green smoothies should be half green, half fruit (frozen is ok), vegetable powder, 2 teaspoons of Udo oil or flax or hemp oil and 2 cups of water or fruit juice. The Green Form gives you energy and is an appetite suppressant, take as much of it as you want in the first half of the day. Do not take the green form after 4pm, it would keep you awake all night. If you get hungry during the day try drinking more water and Green Form instead of eating food.
Sea Moss is your iodine source for a healthy thyroid, minerals and protein are essential for the formation of collagen (plumps up skin and hair, strengthens bones and arteries). You can add sea moss to smoothies, but it will thicken to a gel within 30 minutes. Sea moss can be used for recipes like in the recipe book "Love on a Plate", for pudding, so-called "cheese preparations", cheesecake etc. Take about half a cup of Sea Moss gel per day or as much as you want no limit.

Stop eating three hours before sleep. An hour before sleep, take 1 tablespoon of Night Rebuild and 2 tablespoons of Free-Colon (or capsules if you have the capsule version) with water or coconut water. Go to bed no later than 11 a.m. Stay away from all forms of sugar, fruit juice, bread, milk and anything that is wheat or flour or boiled starch like in potatoes. Eat more bitter things like dandelions, endives, etc. Remember - bitter substances clean the liver, and help get rid of cellulite and lose weight.
